Pack Your Device
Place the item back in its original box with all included accessories, cables, and manuals to ensure a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
